Do you ever find yourself staring at your work, completely uninspired, after struggling through a long day? This is a common experience for those in the creative industry. Even when we push through and start anew the next day, we may find ourselves facing the same problem again and again.
That's where Proud Not Proud comes in: it helps creatives stay accountable by allowing them to log their sense of pride throughout the day.
But that's not all. Our platform also shows how the community as a whole is feeling that day. Maybe it's a Monday and you're just not feeling it. That's okay. We're all in this together.
The potential of Proud Not Proud as an enterprise solution is invaluable. By ensuring that users never have to log in and that their personal IDs remain anonymous, the product inspires confidence and encourages employees to report their level of pride without any potential bias. As a result, companies will soon be able to view the anonymous pride levels of their employees and compare them to relevant events within the company, allowing them to make workflow and culture adjustments as needed. When opening the Proud Not Proud tracker, an alphanumeric unique identifier is created to save your logs and customization settings. Your name or projects you are working on, or any interactions with your computer are never detected or logged.
No personal data is ever requested or logged, other than your approximate city and state location, which can be turned off in the settings. This functionality was implemented for a future stats dashboard to see what cities are most proud, or for users to see if they are more proud in different enviroments.
A handful of years ago, an advertising colleague looked up at me, uninspired, and said,
"I am not proud of what I am working on right now."
We have all been there before and hopefully also on the other side of the spectrum, proud. Being proud or not proud is something we will feel throughout life. That feeling is sometimes difficult to express, but Proud Not Proud allows you to log how you feel about whatever you're doing, whether in work or play.
